The Brand Supervisor manages/coordinates Client projects and takes an active role in all disciplines from marketing/advertising planning to completion. An ideal candidate will help develop focused, insightful strategies, and effectively and efficiently handle day-to-day management of all advertising activities in accordance with the approved communication plan. Also looking for someone who problem solves, and develops solid business/client relationships.
Requires BS in Advertising, Marketing or related field
Requires at least 8-10 years of agency or similar marketing experience with direct client management experience
Requires clear written and verbal communication, high levels of organization, and the ability to present ideas with conviction
Must be a confident self-starter, a team player, an innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects at once
Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills
Ability to work from home and/or work remote from client’s office
Travel required on monthly, quarterly basis
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contacts for multiple accounts
Managing of daily activities for one or more program managers
Building strong/lasting relationships with clients
Being familiar with the client’s product, business culture, competition, and targets
Coordinating projects with internal agency departments
Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
Reviewing all materials prior to client presentations
Thoroughly understands the client’s business and conducts ongoing research to stay
