WhiteBox Marketing is actively seeking an experienced creative professional for the role of Lead Social
Media Strategist.
This vital position manages all client social media strategy and integration with the support of a full-service creative team. They will be responsible for staying up to speed on new social media tactics for businesses, as well as best practices and technology. In addition, this individual will have opportunity for continued growth and development within the creative side of the marketing world.
The perfect person for this role will:
Have mastered professional tactics of social media strategies for business
Show demonstrated knowledge of all social media platforms and engagement types
Thrive in a fun, fast-paced, collaborative work environment
Embrace details and deadlines
Have excellent written and conversational communication skills
Have an eye for social media worthy moments, and the ability to capture photos and video clips
Understand the importance for a professional branded voice when crafting posts and content
Be in tune with marketing and advertising trends
Service clients and team members with proficiency
Handle multiple projects without sacrificing quality and efficiency
Speak the marketing language, and contribute to the team’s collective skillset
Move with ease between group projects and individual work
Be self-motivated and bring a positive, can-do attitude
Additional skillsets that would be great to have (but not required):
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
Video and Photo Editing Knowledge
Project Management Software Experience
Past Work Within an Agency Setting
Digital Marketing Experience
Website Editing Skills
