Adventure™ Studios wins twice at The Show, Minnesota’s top ad competition

December 10, 2012 – St Cloud, MN – On November 9, Adventure™ Studios was recognized in Minneapolis at The Show, an AdFed competition that celebrates Minnesota’s top work in advertising and communications. Adventure Studios won two awards for outstanding photography.

The first went to a photo series for Victory® Accessories’ line of motorcycle products. The second award was for a Red Bull photo campaign called “Mississippi Grind – Skate Action.” The images showcased professional skateboarders from Red Bull’s team as they showed their skills aboard a barge-turned-skate-park that floated the river from Minnesota to New Orleans.

Adventure™ Advertising announces the opening of a new office in Surfers Paradise, Australia

Brainerd, MN… Adventure has recently entered into an agreement with Your Inspiration at Home™ (YIAH) to assume global responsibilities for marketing and brand development of the international spice and seasoning company. Adventure will assume the responsibilities of an in-house marketing department, supporting the company’s rapid expansion in Australia, the United Kingdom, Asia and new launches in the United States and Canada. As an in-house marketing department for YIAH, Adventure will share resources and staff with the home office in Queensland, Australia.

Areas of focus included social media marketing and PR, mobile healthcare communications and social media for medical professionals. Those attending include Scott Mitchell, Gina Nacey and Sam Voss. Matt Jensen Joins the Team at Adventure™

Prior to joining Adventure, Matt Jensen was Director of Creative Services at Tastefully Simple, a national brand specializing in gourmet food products. His background also includes several years of advertising agency experience.

Tiffany Brenny joins Engdahl Richards, Inc.

(St. Cloud, MN) Tiffany Brenny has joined Engdahl Richards, Inc. as a graphic design intern. In spring, Tiffany completed her BFA in graphic design at St. Cloud State University after earning her associate’s degree at the St. Cloud Technical College. In her new role, she’ll provide support in all areas of design development.

When she’s not wielding InDesign shortcuts, she enjoys repurposing old things, photography, and being a cosmetologist.

Reichel joins Johnson Group Marketing, Inc.

(St. Cloud, MN) Lindsey Reichel has joined the Johnson Group Marketing in our graphic design internship position for the summer. In the fall, Lindsey will be going back to school in Minneapolis, where she’ll be finishing up her senior year in the graphic design program at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). Lindsey is a 2009 Alexandria Technical College graduate, from the Communication Art and Design program. She has been active in the Central MN Addys since 2008, and has recently been involved with The One Show.

(St. Cloud, MN) Morgan Philippi has joined the creative team at Johnson Group Marketing. Morgan grew up just south of St. Cloud in Cokato, MN and graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BFA in graphic design. He has an extensive background in the printing industry working on everything from screen printed T-shirts to bus wraps. His responsibilities will include all aspects of brand development and graphic design solutions for our clients.

Outside of work you can find Morgan paddling the lakes, exploring the parks or snowboarding the hills.
